AGTOS Roller conveyor blast machine
Applications and use
Roller conveyor shot blast machines are used for derusting steel beams and descaling profiles and sheet metal. The system is designed for continuous production flows where multiple process steps are connected.
By combining the roller conveyor with cross transport systems, operations such as blasting, preservation, sawing and drilling can be integrated into a single production line. This enables a flexible production setup with consistent material throughput.
The machines are also suitable for blasting larger structures. Turbine arrangement and machine geometry are configured based on the workpiece requirements, including geometrically complex components.
Product range
The AGTOS standard programme includes roller conveyor shot blast machines with throughput widths from 500 mm up to 3200 mm.
Both new and used systems can be supplied depending on requirements. Used machines can be a cost-effective alternative, for example to handle temporary production peaks.
The systems can be integrated into existing production lines and adapted to specific applications, such as derusting beams or blasting large-format structures. Selection of suitable blast media is part of the overall solution.
